Dr Fleming
Philip E Fleming MD
An Alabama native, Dr. Fleming graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University. Subsequently, he received his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. He received general surgery training at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. His plastic surgery residency was completed at Vanderbilt University. He then received fellowship training in microsurgery and hand surgery at the University of Louisville Affiliated Hospitals in Louisville, Kentucky.

Dr. Fleming is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). He has served as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He is licensed to practice medicine in Tennessee and Georgia. Dr. Fleming is a member of the following professional organizations.
